First beta walkthrough
Fictional beta for 14 October 2026. Browser-only role preview, not authenticated access. Use fictional information. No money moves, bank connection, real invitations or notifications.
1. Prepare the sample portfolio
Add two fictional units and a household with two demo co-tenants. Existing records are kept. Sample creation can be repeated without duplicates.
Rehearse access changes in this browser only. This does not revoke a real login.
2. Try rent confirmation
Open the tenant preview. A demo payment first becomes Processing. In the test controls, simulate confirmation or failure. Only confirmation adds a receipt, once. Test a partial payment, then the remainder.
Standing-order / bank-credit rehearsal
This tests a fictional matching event. It does not set up a standing order or call Eurobank.
3. Complete maintenance
- Report an issue from the tenant preview.
- Open Owner maintenance, add a fictional contractor quote, award it and enter the completion cost.
- Use the button below to record one simulated expense payment against that completed job.
Completion and payment are separate. Repeating the payment action keeps a single record.
4. Check the owner overview
Confirm the correct unit received the rent/expense, compare current and full-occupancy cash flow, then try unit photos and original-file backup. Refresh the browser to check persistence.
